We take photos and short videos at Melting Plot events to share the atmosphere on our Instagram account and other communication channels. These visuals help future attendees understand what our gatherings feel like and help us grow the community.
Photos and videos may be shared on our Instagram @melting_plot, our website, event recaps, and promotional materials. We never sell your image to third parties.
By attending a Melting Plot event, you consent to appearing in photos or videos taken at the venue. If you would prefer not to be photographed, please let a host know when you arrive and they will make sure you are not included in any shots.
Under French law, every person has a right to their own image. We respect this right. Our photographers are instructed to focus on the atmosphere and groups rather than isolated close-ups of individuals without consent. If you have a concern, contact us at any time.
